I. Equipment introduction


Biomass fluidized bed gasifier includes: feeding system, gasification system, coke removal system, discharge system, dust removal system, control system. The biomass feedstock (the moisture content of the feedstock is less than 15%) is conveyed to the reaction chamber through an automatic feeding device, and the feedstock generates combustible gas at high temperature.


The biggest advantage of the gasifier is that it does not pollute the environment. The resulting gas can be dusted and used directly for heating, without the need for cumbersome tar-removal units. The composition of combustible gas contains CO, H2 and CH4, and the calorific value of the gas can reach 1200-1500kcal /Nm3.

Three, the main use


1, biomass gas is suitable for thermal power plant, chemical industry, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries all kinds of thermal furnace; Continuous heating;


2, suitable for coal-fired boiler, gas boiler or heat conduction oil boiler and other boiler heating;


3, supporting internal combustion engine to achieve combined gas and electricity generation, suitable for small and medium-sized biomass gas power stations.
